When can I pick up my cake?

Your cake will be ready only from the time you selected; it will not be ready earlier than your collection time. An email will be sent if it is ready before your collection time.

If you are late to your pickup time – No worries! We are open until 19:00 and will keep it for you until you arrive.

How do I send my Cake Reference Photos?

Please send your cake references to cpluscakereferences@gmail.com as soon as you place your cake order.

We certainly do our best to replicate your reference pictures as close as possible, though references will never be 100% exact; do not expect the exact copies of your reference pictures.

How far in advance should I place my order?

You can send your custom cake orders up to 24-hours in advance.

For last-minute cake orders, you can order from our Last Minute Cake page up to 3-hours in advance. In case we are unable to make your cake within the timeframe of your order, we will send you an email.

Our bakery is closed on TUESDAYS, therefore no cake orders should be placed for a pickup then. For those that need a cake on Tuesdays, you can place your cake order to be picked up on Monday and keep it in the refrigerator until the next day.

Can I make changes to my order?

If there are any changes that need to be made to your order, please email us at cplusveganbakery@gmail.com with your Order# within 24-hours of your order.

Can I cancel my cake order?

Cakes cannot be cancelled on the day of.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at cplusveganbakery@gmail.com within 24-hours of your order or within 3-days if you ordered your cake with more than a week in advance.
